Eating Less Really Does Shrink Your Stomach
Eating Less Really Does Shrink Your Stomach
It sounds like an old wives’ tale: Eating less will shrink your stomach over time . But apparently, it’s true. One study found reductions of between 27 percent and 36 percent among people who...

Indra Nooyi, the vegetarian CEO of PepsiCo (PEP), tells Fortune magazine that, though her company is trying its best to transform its portfolio of sugar- and salt-laden products to be more healthful, it would be better for public health if “all consumers exercised.” That’s true. But she added that if they did so, “the problem...

Merguez Lamb Burgers
Spring is officially here and what better way to usher in the warm weather than to dust off the grill and make some burgers? I’ve been patiently sitting on a vacuum sealed packet of grass-fed ground lamb that the nice folks over at Lava Lake Lamb sent me last month, just waiting for the season to turn and the mood to strike. Well, today...
