I timed this process after publishing the video and it I was turning in a car exactly every 55 seconds. One thing I did not mention that others do to prevent an APB against them is accepting missions but not doing them basically giving you 5 free minutes to continue stealing cars. I do not advise this however because it ruins your clan's win/loss record. It also has a chance to throw a enforcer against your mission if they witness you stealing a car and the matchmaking system loves to give you backup despite not asking for it so you screw a fellow criminal by stealing cars and not doing the mission that they were nice enough to help you do. Save yourself the douche baggery by simply leaving the mission Y/N windows up and ignoring them. UPDATE: Here is the number of cars needed to level Wheelman. The count doesn't reset with each level btw, it continues to add up. 1- 33 2- 66 3- 135 4- 200 5- 330 6- 495 7- 660 8- 825 9- 1150 10- 1500 11- 2000 12- 2500 13- 3000 14- 3600 15- 5000
